In order for our team members to focus on their job at hand, we have departmentalized our team into five core departments – OPERATIONS, CONTRACTS, DESIGN, PRODUCTION and ADMIN/HR. All five core department wholly makes up our Project Management Team. By utilizing our Building Information Management system, Green Phantom’s Project Management Team is able to provide optimal results for our clients by ensuring that the information shared is accurate and consistent throughout the 5 core departments.
